For land-based aquaculture, we have both ceramic oxygen diffusers (Gas-X) and VitaDi™ oxygen diffusers that ensure optimum oxygen dissolution in the tank. VitaDi™ is supplied on a frame or ring customised to the facility’s size and design.
Gas-X ceramic diffuser
Gas-X is a ceramic diffuser for dissolving oxygen into water and is uniquely effective at dissolving gas in water without a power supply.
VitaDi™ oxygen diffusers
VitaDi™ is a flexible system that is supplied on a frame or ring customised to the facility’s size and design. A selection of drum models, manifold solutions or single hoses are put together into a system that is suitable for the application, size and biomass of the facility.
- Constant delivery: Since the diffusers are driven by oxygen pressure, the system delivers continuously as long as there is pressure in the tank.
- Easy to clean: The hose can be left unpressurised in the water, and can be fitted with an end valve to ensure that any water ingress is quickly and easily displaced.
- Efficient oxygen dissolution: The diffuser produces a ‘mist’ of tiny oxygen bubbles that ensures that the oxygen dissolves very quickly into the water and becomes available to the fish.

Gas-X is a ceramic diffusor for dissolving oxygen into water and has been specially designed for land-based aquaculture.
The VitaDi™ Drum produces a fine mist of tiny oxygen bubbles, which ensures fast and even dissolution in the water.
The VitaDi™ Frame Diffuser is an innovative patented oxygenation system, designed for low water columns of less than 1 m and small tanks.
The VitaDi™ SeaStar provides permanent oxygenation and emergency oxygenation in medium sized tanks.
