The Exact feeding robot is suitable for small and large land-based facilities – including farms that produce fish up to slaughter weight. The feeding system is easy to install in any location.

Introduction

Automatic feeding
The feeding robot efficiently feeds the entire facility by moving from tank to tank via a track system in the ceiling. The tracks are easily customised to a facility. Once details about the biomass have been registered, the robot adjusts feed quantities automatically. The robot handles the feeding with high accuracy and precise positioning, and can be refilled automatically between each feeding. Feed quantities are reported back to the control system, which calculates growth and feeding based on feeding tables.

Efficient and labour-saving
The robot automates much of the labour that is performed manually if you have individual feeding machines. It also requires very little maintenance and is easy to clean, which means that a lot of valuable time is saved.

Gentle handling of the feed
The feed is protected from moisture, and the robot handles the feed gently, preventing crushing and reducing feed waste.

The technology
Positioning is optimised with RFID technology along the robot’s tracks, and the robot can handle multiple types of commands. It automatically recognises whether it has a job to do, or if it needs to take a break. Typical commands include braking before corners and reversing.
