Our fully automatic regulation cabinets distribute oxygen based on real-time measurements from oxygen sensors.
The operator panel provides a simple, real-time overview of the environment values from each cage. The values are automatically logged. You can also set limit values and alarms with notifications in the HMI and by SMS.
The oxygen can be diffused independently of your preferred solution – we recommend our well-known VitaDi™ diffusor hoses or Gas X.
Our regulation system:
- Optimises the oxygen level in the cages. The control cabinet is strategically positioned near the oxygen generator and store for emergency operation, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
- It has an integrated emergency oxygen function that switches to alternative oxygen sources and manual adjustment in unforeseen situations such as power failure or signal loss.

- Logs oxygen consumption and water quality parameters that can be retrieved afterwards.
- Delivers a fast response to changes in the aquatic environment and ensures the precise addition of oxygen with a minimum margin of error of only +/- 1.5%.
- The control system can be controlled from a PC in the control room or via a tablet/mobile phone.
- Retrieve real-time values and control the system in your own SCADA or our cloud solution, Exact Cloud.
- The operator panel displays water values, oxygen consumption and alarms in real time for each cage.
- Minimum and maximum valve opening can be easily adjusted individually in the HMI.
- Previous water values are retrieved and extracted locally in a CSV file.
